Convenient On-Site Pickup / Delivery Service

Many times we find it is much more convenient for our customers to utilize our pickup / delivery / installation service. We arrive at your home or place of business, review the problems you are experiencing, and determine if an on-site or in-shop repair would be most cost effective.

Many times it benefits the customer for us to transport the defective unit back to our shop where we can correct the problems and utilize our high-speed Internet access to fully update the Operating System and other ancillary software.

Upon our return, we reattach all the appropriate connections and insure the machine operates to the customer's satisfaction.


 

On-Site System Installation

On-Site system installation is included at no extra charge for any new or pre-owned machine purchased from Countryside Computer. We deliver the machine, connect all the appropriate cabling, start the machine, and run the programs most used by the customer to insure proper operation. Internet access and E-mail program setup is also included.

For a nominal charge we can also assist you in installing computers that you have purchased elsewhere. Give us a call today.
